How it works

1. Activate Jegantha by tapping it, adding that cannot be spent to pay generic mana costs.
2. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Jegantha.
3. Activate Horde of Notions by paying , causing you to cast Jegantha from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This delightful loop hinges on recycling Jegantha, the Wellspring right back out of your graveyard using the five-color activation cost of Horde of Notions. To pull off this recurring trick, you use Phantom Train to sacrifice Jegantha (pumping up the Vehicle with a +1/+1 counter in the process), which feeds the exact color requirements needed to cast Jegantha all over again. While Maelstrom Wanderer isn't directly tapped in the loop, its passive grant of haste ensures your revived Jegantha is immediately ready to tap for mana the moment it returns.
