How it works

1. Activate Korozda Guildmage's second ability by paying 2 and sacrificing Scourge of Nel Toth.
2. When Scourge of Nel Toth dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token.
3. Resolve the Korozda Guildmage ability, creating six 1/1 Saproling creature tokens.
4. Activate Thermopod by sacrificing a Saproling, adding .
5. When the Saproling dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token.
6. Repeat from step 4 two additional times.
7. Activate four Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding .
8. Cast Scourge of Nel Toth from your graveyard by paying and sacrificing two Saprolings.
9. When the Saprolings die, Pitiless Plunderer triggers twice, creating two Treasure tokens.
10. Repeat.

This loop turns Korozda Guildmage into a brilliant token factory by converting the massive toughness of Scourge of Nel Toth into a swarm of Saproling tokens. Pitiless Plunderer quietly watches the carnage, bankrolling every death by turning every fallen creature—and even the Scourge itself—into a valuable Treasure token. Thermopod provides the necessary red mana by melting down those excess Saprolings as sacrifices. Finally, Scourge of Nel Toth uses that accumulated mana and fodder to crawl right back out of your graveyard, restarting the cycle for an infinite loop of sacrifices and treasures.
