How it works

1. Cast Walking Ballista by paying 0.
2. Walking Ballista enters and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness, triggering Mortuary and Weatherlight Compleated.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Walking Ballista from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Resolve the Weatherlight Compleated trigger, causing you to put a phyresis counter on it and draw a card, thus drawing Omarthis from your library.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on casting Walking Ballista for zero mana, allowing state-based actions to instantly put it into the graveyard where its zero toughness leaves it. Mortuary catches the falling construct and tucks it right back onto the top of your library, ensuring you never run out of ammo.
