How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking The One Ring.
3. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
4. Activate The One Ring by tapping it, putting a burden counter on it and causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious setup leverages Umori, the Collector to reduce artifact costs so that Sensei's Divining Top can be cast for free, initiating a clever cycle of triggers and activations. Every time you cast the Top, Displacer Kitten's avoidance ability blinks The One Ring to instantly reset its burden counters, wiping away its life-loss upkeep drawback while retaining its indestructible safety net. You then tap the Top to draw a card and restack it on your library, only to immediately draw it again by tapping The One Ring's tap ability—repeating the loop endlessly for infinite card draw and storm count.
