How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Diving Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a charge counter from Uthros Research Craft.
3. Uthros Research Craft triggers, putting a charge counter on it and causing you to draw a card.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-replacing engine by tapping it to draw a card and place itself back on top of your library. From there, Falco Spara, Pactweaver allows you to cast the Top directly off the library by paying its normal cost and removing a counter from a creature instead of traditional mana. Uthros Research Craft serves as the ideal battery for this sacrifice, restocking charge counters every time you cast an artifact spell while also triggering additional card draw. Meanwhile, Umori, the Collector can sit in the background as your companion, reducing the cost of your artifact spells to make the loop seamless.
