How it works
- Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
- Stark's Ingenuity triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on the creature it's attached to
- Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
- Repeat.
This clever loop turns the unassuming Sensei's Divining Top into an infinite engine by leveraging Falco Spara, Pactweaver to cast it directly from the top of your library for free. Normally you'd pay mana, but Falco Spara lets you bypass that cost by removing a counter instead, while Umori, the Collector helps shave down your costs elsewhere if needed. To fuel Falco Spara's payment, Stark's Ingenuity steps in: every time the Top draws you a card, Stark's Ingenuity triggers to place a fresh +1/+1 counter on the enchanted creature, instantly replacing the counter you just spent. Tap the Top to draw and tuck itself, let the enchantment rebuild your counter supply, and repeat the cycle to flood the board with near-infinite artifact triggers and endless card draw.
