How it works

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Crookshank Kobolds, adding U/B.
  2. When Crookshank Kobolds dies, Mortuary and Kels trigger.
  3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Crookshank Kobolds on top of your library from your graveyard.
  4. Resolve the Kels trigger, causing you to pay U/B to draw Crookshank Kobolds from the top of your library.
  5. Cast Crookshank Kobolds by paying 0.
  6. Repeat.
