How it works

1. Activate Morphling by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Morphling's first ability by paying , untapping it.
3. Repeat.

When you tap Morphling for a single blue mana, the Ancient's replacement effect triples that output into three blue mana instead of one. Spending just one of those floating mana on Morphling's built-in untap ability leaves you with a net profit of two mana each cycle, easily fueling an infinite loop of colored mana.
