Infinite creature ETBInfinite creature LTBInfinite mana lands you control can produceInfinite untap of lands you control
How it works
Declare Skullsnatcher as an attacker.
When it isn't blocked, activate up to seven lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 2.
Activate Great Whale's ninjutsu ability by paying 2 and returning Skullsnatcher from the battlefield to your hand, putting Great Whale onto the battlefield from your hand tapped and attacking.
When Great Whale enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
Activate Skullsnatcher's ninjutsu ability by paying and returning Great Whale from the battlefield to your hand, putting Skullsnatcher onto the battlefield from your hand tapped and attacking.
Repeat from step 2.
If you control up to seven lands that can tap to produce at least 3, this combo nets infinite mana.
This cunning loop lets you bounce creatures to continuously generate excess mana and trigger effects. Satoru Umezawa is the mastermind here, granting every creature in your hand the ninjutsu ability while also feeding you card advantage whenever you use it. You start by attacking with Skullsnatcher, then swap it out for Great Whale using its newly granted ninjutsu cost. Because Great Whale untaps up to seven lands upon entering the battlefield, it pays for itself and leaves you with extra mana before you swap back to Skullsnatcher using its cheap ninjutsu cost—repeating the cycle to farm infinite mana and enter-the-battlefield triggers.
