How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Vodalian Wave-Knight triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each other Knight and/or Merfolk you control.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the top of your library into an endless engine, fueled entirely by the synergy between Sensei's Divining Top and Falco Spara, Pactweaver. Because Falco Spara lets you cast spells directly from your library by stripping away counters from your creatures, and Herald of Kozilek reduces that casting cost down to zero, you can recast Sensei's Divining Top for free the exact moment it puts itself back on top of your library to draw a card.
