How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Jace's Projection triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the top of your library into an endless engine by leveraging Falco Spara, Pactweaver to cast spells from the top of your library using any creature's counters as an alternative cost. Sensei's Divining Top effortlessly feeds this process by drawing a card and putting itself right back on top of the library, where Herald of Kozilek steps in to completely eliminate its mana cost by making colorless spells cost {1} less. As you repeatedly draw and recast the artifact, Jace's Projection happily watches the card draw pile up, growing larger with a new +1/+1 counter every single time to ensure you never run out of fodder for Falco Spara, Pactweaver's counter-removal ability.
