How it works

1. Activate Ghave's first ability by paying 1 and removing a +1/+1 counter from a creature you control, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
2. The Saproling enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it due to Metallic Mimic.
3. Activate Ghave's first ability by paying 1 and removing a +1/+1 counter from a creature you control.
4. Holding priority, activate Utopia Mycon's second ability by sacrificing the Saproling, adding 1.
5. Resolve the Ghave ability, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This charming loop transforms Ghave, Guru of Spores into an endless engine of creation and sacrifice, fueled effortlessly by the mana from Utopia Mycon. As each token hits the board, Metallic Mimic steps in to grant it an extra +1/+1 counter, replenishing the exact resource Ghave needs to keep the cycle turning.
