How it works

1. Activate Vhal by tapping it, adding at least CCC that can't be spent to cast spells from your hand.
2. Activate Seeker of Skybreak by tapping it, targeting Vhal.
3. Battlemage's Bracers triggers, causing you to pay 1 to copy Seeker of Skybreak's ability, targeting Seeker of Skybreak.
4. Resolve both Seeker of Skybreak abilities, untapping it and Vhal.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms Vhal, Candlekeep Researcher into a heavy-duty colorless mana generator by leveraging the copying power of Battlemage's Bracers. When Vhal taps to produce a surplus of mana, Seeker of Skybreak is used to untap her, while the Bracers step in to duplicate the untap effect so that Seeker of Skybreak can simultaneously untap itself. As you pay the small activation fee to copy the ability over and over, you continuously cycle both creatures to generate infinite untaps and a massive reservoir of colorless mana—perfect for funding commander casts, abilities, or artifacts without ever needing to touch your hand.
