How it works

1. Activate Battered Golem using the ability granted to it by Psionic Gift by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to Smaug.
2. Smaug triggers, creating a Treasure token.
3. When the Treasure enters, Battered Golem triggers, untapping Battered Golem.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms a dragon's hoard into a self-sustaining engine by turning Battered Golem into a makeshift sniper with Psionic Gift. When the Golem taps to ping Smaug the Impenetrable, Smaug's noncombat damage trigger responds by minting a shiny new Treasure token. That incoming artifact immediately wakes up Battered Golem via its own untap trigger, leaving it ready to tap and ping Smaug all over again for an endless cascade of treasure.
