How it works

1. Play a land.
2. When the land enters, Springheart Nantuko triggers, causing you to pay 1 to create two token copies of Mutable Explorer.
3. When the Mutable Explorer tokens enter, they trigger.
4. Resolve the first Mutable Explorer trigger, creating two Mutavault land tokens that enters tapped.
5. When the Mutavault tokens enter, Springheart Nantuko and Lotus Cobra each trigger twice.
6. Resolve the Lotus Cobra triggers, adding 1.
7. Resolve the Springheart Nantuko trigger, causing you to pay 1 to create two token copies of Mutable Explorer.
8. Repeat from step 3.
