How it works

1. Gain life.
2. Spider-Man triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control.
3. Animation Module triggers, causing you to pay 1 to create a 1/1 Servo artifact creature token.
4. When the Servo enters, Answered Prayers triggers, causing you to gain life.
5. Spider-Man triggers. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Servo, adding 1.
6. Resolve the Spider-Man trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This intricate engine turns a single instance of lifegain into an infinitely self-sustaining loop across your board. When you trigger Spider-Man, Peter Parker by gaining life, its ability places a +1/+1 counter on a creature, which immediately awakens Animation Module to manufacture a 1/1 Servo artifact creature token for a single mana. That Servo's arrival causes Answered Prayers to trigger and hand you more life—which in turn loops right back into Spider-Man, Peter Parker. To keep the mana flowing for Animation Module's fee, you feed the newly spawned Servo to Phyrexian Altar right in the middle of the loop, sacrificing it for the exact mana needed to repeat the process indefinitely.
