How it works

1. Activate Thermopod's second ability by sacrificing any creature except the one with Tarrian's Soulcleaver attached, adding .
2. When the creature dies, Tarrian's Soulcleaver triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on the creature it is attached to.
3. Animation Module triggers, causing you to pay 1 to create a 1/1 Servo artifact creature token.
4. Repeat.

This elegant engine turns the simple act of sacrifice into a self-sustaining loop by weaving together growth, fodder, and mana generation. With Thermopod ready to convert creatures into red mana, any sacrifice immediately triggers Tarrian's Soulcleaver to drop a +1/+1 counter onto its equipped creature. That sudden influx of a counter wakes up Animation Module, allowing you to feed just a single generic mana back into the trigger to produce a fresh 1/1 Servo artifact creature token—which then immediately steps up to the altar as the next sacrifice for Thermopod.
