How it works

1. Cast The Master either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus command tax, if applicable, choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Ruthless Technomancer.
2. When The Master enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to sacrifice Mercurial Pretender and create at least two Treasure tokens.
3. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
4. Activate The Master by paying and sacrificing a Treasure, returning Mercurial Pretender from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of The Master, which causes the Mercurial Pretender to be a copy of Ruthless Technomancer.
5. When Mercurial Pretender enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to sacrifice The Master and create two Treasure tokens.
6. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
7. Activate Mercurial Pretender by paying and sacrificing a Treasure, returning The Master from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Ruthless Technomancer.
