This fascinating loop relies on a clever type-changing feedback loop between Life and Limb and Sporemound. Because Life and Limb turns every Forest into a 1/1 green Saproling creature and every Saproling into a Forest land in addition to their other types, playing a single Forest causes Sporemound to trigger. That trigger resolves to create a Saproling token, but thanks to Life and Limb, that newly created token is also simultaneously a Forest land—which immediately causes Sporemound to trigger all over again. Unless an instant-speed interaction or a way to break the loop can be found, this unstoppable chain reaction creates infinitely repeating triggers that force a draw of the game.
