How it works

1. Activate Goblin Medics by tapping it, adding .
2. Goblin Medics triggers, dealing 1 damage to any target.
3. Activate Pemmin's Aura by paying , untapping Goblin Medics.
4. Repeat.

By enchanting Goblin Medics with Utopia Vow, you transform it into a mana dork that taps for any color of mana, while Pemmin's Aura provides the crucial untap engine to fuel itself. Tapping the Goblin Medics to its new ability triggers its innate damage-dealing trait, and the mana produced pays directly into Pemmin's Aura's untap cost. This creates a closed loop where you can repeatedly untap the creature, generating infinite damage to any target while completely bypassing the drawback of Utopia Vow.
