How it works
Cast Aeve from the command zone by paying 2 plus commander tax, if applicable.
Aeve's storm ability triggers, creating a nonlegendary token copy of itself for each spell you've cast previously this turn.
Activate Ashnod's Altar three times by sacrificing the nontoken Aeve and two Aeve tokens, adding six C.
Choose to have Aeve returned to the command zone from your graveyard.
Activate Gemstone Array's first ability three times by paying 6, putting three charge counter on it.
Activate Gemstone Array's second ability three times by removing three charge counters from it, adding .
Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing an Aeve token, adding CC.
Repeat step 7 until you have enough mana to cast Aeve.
Repeat from step 1.
This loop relies on casting **Aeve, Progenitor Ooze** to flood the board with nonlegendary token copies thanks to its native storm ability, scaling exponentially with the turn's prior spellcasting. Once your army of Oozes is assembled, **Ashnod's Altar** acts as the engine, turning your sacrificial creatures into a massive influx of colorless mana. Because **Gemstone Array** is there to convert that raw colorless energy into any color you need—specifically green—you can easily filter the mana to pay for future commander taxes. By letting the original **Aeve, Progenitor Ooze** return to the command zone and using the leftover token copies to sustain the loop, you achieve an infinite cascade of casts, sacrifices, and mana to overwhelm the table.
