How it works

  1. Declare Cheering Fanatic as an attacker. When it triggers, choose to name "Sensei's Divining Top".
  2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
  3. Cast Sensei's Diving Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
  4. When Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Surge Conductor triggers, putting a counter on a creature you control that already has a counter on it.
  5. Repeat from step 2
