How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Diving Top from the top of your library by paying 1 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. Kykar triggers, creating a 1/1 Spirit creature token.
4. When Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Surge Conductor triggers, putting a counter on a creature you control that already has a counter on it.
5. Activate Kykar by sacrificing the Spirit, adding .
6. Repeat.

This elegant engine harnesses the top-deck manipulation of Sensei's Divining Top to draw your entire library by repeatedly casting it from the top via Falco Spara, Pactweaver's alternative casting cost. As you recast the artifact, Kykar, Wind's Fury generates a Spirit token with every noncreature spell, providing both the red mana needed to replay the Top through its sacrifice ability and a steady stream of fodder. Meanwhile, Surge Conductor ensures your creatures never run out of fuel by proliferating counters back onto them every time the Top re-enters the battlefield.
