How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Toothy triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This intricate loop is masterminded by Falco Spara, Pactweaver, whose unique static ability lets you cast spells straight from the top of your library by trading away counters from your creatures. Sensei's Divining Top is the engine of the operation, drawing you a card and returning itself to the top of your library, which conveniently feeds Toothy, Imaginary Friend's triggered ability to grow with every card drawn. Because Urza, Lord Protector quietly discounts your artifact spells by reducing their costs, the Top's mana cost is reduced to zero, allowing Falco Spara to immediately recast it from the library by simply removing the counter it just generated on Toothy.
