How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Kappa Cannoneer triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Kappa Cannoneer.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Falco Spara, Pactweaver to fundamentally change how you play Sensei's Divining Top, allowing you to cast it directly from the top of your library by trading away a counter instead of paying its mana cost. Sensei's Divining Top's tap ability naturally replaces itself on top of the library while drawing you a card, which sets up the casting requirement all over again. Meanwhile, Enthusiastic Mechanaut ensures that casting the Top costs a mere zero mana, and Kappa Cannoneer happily exploits the constant stream of artifact entrances by growing larger with every iteration.
