How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Kappa Cannoneer triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Kappa Cannoneer.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop hinges on Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to let you cast spells from the top of your library by trading a counter from a creature you control, perfectly bridging into Sensei's Divining Top's self-replacing nature. Because Cemetery Prowler passively discounts artifact spells by making them cheaper to cast for each matching card type in exile, and Sensei's Divining Top's mana value can be reduced to zero, you can recast the Top for free using the shield or +1/+1 counters generated on your board.
