How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Kappa Cannoneer triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Kappa Cannoneer.
4. Repeat.

This clever engine hinges on Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to let you cast spells directly from the top of your library by removing a counter from a creature you control, allowing you to bypass Sensei's Divining Top's mana cost entirely. By tapping Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it back on top of your library, you can repeatedly recast it for the "cost" of removing a counter. Meanwhile, Kappa Cannoneer happily exploits this endless loop by triggering every time the Top re-enters, growing larger with a +1/+1 counter on each iteration and unlocking unblockable status. To round it all out, Artist's Talent helps filter your hand through its looting trigger while its later levels reduce casting costs and boost damage, turning a simple top-deck shuffle into a towering storm of artifacts and card advantage.
