How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Kappa Cannoneer triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Kappa Cannoneer.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop uses Falco Spara, Pactweaver to bend the rules of the game, letting you cast spells directly off the top of your library by trading away creature counters instead of paying mana. With Sensei's Divining Top cycling endlessly between your library and your hand—drawing a card, placing itself back on top, and then being recast for free using Falco's ability—you generate an endless sequence of artifact enters-the-battlefield events. Every time the Top re-enters, Kappa Cannoneer happily watches and grows larger with a fresh +1/+1 counter while remaining completely unblockable, turning your card-drawing engine into a lethal threat.
