How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Jace's Projection triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns your topdeck into a self-sustaining engine by letting Sensei's Divining Top continually cycle into your hand and back onto your library. The magic happens because Starnheim Courser reduces the artifact's cost to zero, while Falco Spara, Pactweaver bypasses traditional mana by letting you pay for that zero-mana spell simply by stripping a counter off one of your creatures. Every time you draw the Top, Jace's Projection happily grows larger off the draw trigger, while providing a steady supply of +1/+1 counters that Falco Spara, Pactweaver can consume to keep the casting engine going.
