How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Vodalian Wave-Knight triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each other Knight and/or Merfolk you control.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining engine by letting you repeatedly draw it and cast it right back from the top of your library. Falco Spara, Pactweaver makes this possible by allowing you to bypass mana costs using counters instead, while Enthusiastic Mechanaut steps in to make that casting cost completely free at zero mana. Meanwhile, Vodalian Wave-Knight watches every single card draw happen and rewards you by steadily growing your other Knights and Merfolk with an endless supply of +1/+1 counters.
