How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Lorescale Coatl triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This delightful setup uses Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to let you cast spells from the top of your library by trading away a counter instead of paying mana, allowing Sensei's Divining Top to be cast for free. Enthusiastic Mechanaut ensures that the Top's cost is fully reduced to zero, while Lorescale Coatl capitalizes on the endless cycle of card draw by growing huge with a +1/+1 counter every single time you draw a card.
