How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Diving Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a charge counter from Uthros Research Craft.
3. Uthros Research Craft triggers, putting a charge counter on it and causing you to draw a card.
4. Repeat.

This clever engine creates an endless loop by leveraging Sensei's Divining Top’s ability to cycle itself onto the top of your library, where Falco Spara, Pactweaver lets you recast it directly. Normally you'd pay its mana cost, but Enthusiastic Mechanaut reduces that cost to zero, while Falco Spara allows you to pay it by removing counters instead of mana. To fuel this, Uthros Research Craft steps in with its triggered ability, replacing every cast artifact spell with a drawn card and replenishing the charge counters that Falco Spara consumes, resulting in infinite card draw and storm count.
