How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Diving Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Surge Conductor triggers, putting a counter on a creature you control that already has a counter on it.
4. Repeat.

This engine transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining draw machine by leveraging Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to cast spells from the top of your library using creature counters as an alternative cost. Enthusiastic Mechanaut ensures the top costs nothing to recast, while Surge Conductor steps in each time the artifact re-enters to proliferate those vital counters right back onto your creatures. The result is an unbroken loop that continuously draws you cards, surges your storm count, and lets you sift through your entire library at will.
