How it works
- Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
- Vodalian Wave-Knight triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each other Knight and/or Merfolk you control.
- Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
- Repeat.
This loop relies on casting Sensei's Divining Top directly from the top of your library, a feat made possible by Falco Spara, Pactweaver allowing you to pay alternative costs by removing counters from your creatures. Tapping Sensei's Divining Top draws you a card and safely tucks the artifact back onto your library, which simultaneously triggers Vodalian Wave-Knight to pump your team with fresh +1/+1 counters and provides fresh fuel for Falco Spara, Pactweaver to consume. Meanwhile, Artist's Talent (at Level 2) reduces the casting cost of artifacts like Sensei's Divining Top down to zero while letting you cycle cards if you ever need to dig deeper. By repeatedly drawing, casting, and paying with your creatures' counters, you generate an endless storm of artifact triggers and draw steps.
