How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Vodalian Wave-Knight triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each other Merfolk and/or Knight you control.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Lyse's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
5. Repeat.

This loop transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining engine by tapping it to draw itself and place it back on top of your library. From there, Falco Spara, Pactweaver allows you to cast the Top directly off the library using any available counter on a creature instead of its mana cost. Meanwhile, Lyse Hext reduces that casting cost to zero while continuously growing larger through prowess, and Vodalian Wave-Knight turns every single card draw into a steady stream of +1/+1 counters to fuel Falco Spara's alternate cost payment indefinitely.
