How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Lorescale Coatl triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This engine turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining card-drawing machine by leveraging the top-deck mastery of Falco Spara, Pactweaver. Normally, playing the Top from the library requires paying its mana cost, but Cemetery Prowler steps in to discount artifact spells down to zero, allowing Falco Spara's counter-removal ability to shoulder the payment instead. Every time you tap the Top to draw a card, Lorescale Coatl happily grows larger from the draw trigger, providing a steady supply of fresh +1/+1 counters for Falco Spara, Pactweaver to consume so you can recast the Top right back onto the battlefield.
