How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Diving Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a charge counter from Uthros Research Craft.
3. Uthros Research Craft triggers, putting a charge counter on it and causing you to draw a card.
4. Repeat.

This clever engine turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining card-drawing machine by leveraging the top-deck casting permission granted by Falco Spara, Pactweaver. Because Cemetery Prowler reduces the cost of artifact spells to zero, you can repeatedly cast the Top without spending any mana, using counters on Uthros Research Craft as the alternate cost provided by Falco Spara, Pactweaver. Meanwhile, Uthros Research Craft acts as the engine's primary payoff, replacing the cast artifact by drawing a card while simultaneously replenishing its own charge counters to keep the loop going indefinitely.
