How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Diving Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Surge Conductor triggers, putting a counter on a creature you control that already has a counter on it.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the classic Sensei's Divining Top engine into an infinite draw machine by bypassing its mana cost entirely. With Cemetery Prowler exiling the right card types to reduce artifact spell costs down to zero, Falco Spara, Pactweaver steps in to let you cast that Top directly from the top of your library simply by stripping a counter from a creature you control. Meanwhile, Surge Conductor watches the Top re-enter the battlefield and immediately triggers to proliferate, seamlessly replacing the exact counter you just removed.
