How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Lyla triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This loop turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining engine by tapping it to draw a card and place itself back on top of your library. While Falco Spara, Pactweaver normally demands you remove a counter from a creature you control to cast spells from the top of your library, Cemetery Prowler provides a cost reduction that makes Sensei's Divining Top free to cast, while simultaneously feeding the very counters Falco Spara needs. Finally, Lyla, Holographic Assistant triggers off every card drawn to replenish those spent counters with fresh +1/+1 counters, ensuring you have a continuous supply to fuel Falco Spara's alternative casting cost over and over again.
