How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Oneirophage triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This loop turns the top of your library into an endless engine by using Falco Spara, Pactweaver to cast spells directly from it, leveraging its ability to substitute a counter on a creature for the mana cost. Sensei's Divining Top fuels this by constantly replacing itself on top of your library while drawing you a card, which in turn triggers Oneirophage to continuously grow larger with fresh +1/+1 counters that can later be fed back into Falco Spara's alternate-cost payment. Meanwhile, Samut, the Driving Force serves as the critical enabler that reduces noncreature spells—such as the Top itself—to cost {X} less based on your speed, bringing the casting cost down to zero so the entire sequence can repeat indefinitely.
