How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Oneirophage triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop lets you draw your entire deck by transforming Sensei's Divining Top into a self-recycling engine. While Sensei's Divining Top normally trades its draw effect for a trip to the top of your library, Falco Spara, Pactweaver bypasses the mana cost by letting you cast it straight from the top using a creature's counter as payment. Every single time you draw, Oneirophage grows larger by collecting a +1/+1 counter while simultaneously providing a fresh supply of counters for Falco Spara, Pactweaver to consume. Though Ballad of the Black Flag isn't strictly necessary for the core loop to function, its presence adds to the deck's historical synergy while the other three pieces seamlessly feed into one another for infinite storm and card draw.
