How it works
- Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
- Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
- When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Captain Storm triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Captain Storm.
- Repeat.
This loop turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining engine by letting you draw it and immediately recast it from the top of your library, a feat made possible because Falco Spara, Pactweaver allows you to pay for spells by stripping a counter off a creature instead of using traditional mana. Stenn, Paranoid Partisan helps grease the wheels by reducing costs when artifact is chosen, ensuring the top can be recast for free, while Captain Storm, Cosmium Raider continuously feeds that exact engine by throwing a fresh +1/+1 counter back onto herself every time the artifact enters the battlefield. Because Falco Spara also lets you inspect the top of your library at will, you can endlessly repeat this sequence to cycle through your entire deck, drawing cards and triggering artifact entry effects infinitely.
