How it works
- Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
- Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
- When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Captain Storm triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Captain Storm.
- Repeat.
This clever loop turns the top of your library into an endless engine of card draw and artifact triggers by exploiting the unique casting mechanic granted by Falco Spara, Pactweaver. Because Falco Spara lets you cast spells from the top of your library using counters from your creatures instead of mana, Sensei's Divining Top can repeatedly draw a card and put itself back on top for free, only to be recast instantly. Captain Storm, Cosmium Raider plays a vital fueling role here by replacing each returning artifact with a fresh +1/+1 counter on itself, which Falco Spara can immediately consume to sustain the loop. Meanwhile, Samut, the Driving Force quietly empowers your board by pumping your attackers and discounting your noncreature spells, ensuring every iteration of the Top runs smoother and hits harder.
