How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Lyla triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns your library into an endless engine by leveraging Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to cast spells from the top of your library using any creature's counters as payment. You tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place itself back on top of your library, which triggers Lyla, Holographic Assistant to place a fresh +1/+1 counter on a creature. Thanks to Stenn, Paranoid Partisan reducing artifact costs by {1}, that drawn Sensei's Divining Top now costs {0} to cast, allowing Falco Spara to immediately redeploy it by consuming the newly created counter and resetting the whole sequence.
