How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Clinquant Skymage triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the top of your library into an endless engine, fueled entirely by the synergy between Falco Spara, Pactweaver and Sensei's Divining Top. With Falco Spara granting you the ability to cast spells directly from the top of your library by removing a counter from a creature you control, you can repeatedly recast the Top after tapping it to draw a card. Clinquant Skymage ensures you never run out of fuel by feeding that very casting cost, steadily stacking up +1/+1 counters each time you draw so Falco Spara always has a counter ready to be removed. Meanwhile, Artist's Talent quietly sits on the board, slicing the casting cost of the artifact down so the whole loop flows seamlessly without draining your mana.
