How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Diving Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Surge Conductor triggers, putting a counter on a creature you control that already has a counter on it.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining engine by utilizing Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to cast spells straight from the top of your library for the low cost of removing a counter from a creature you control. Every time you recast the Top, Surge Conductor steps in with its passive proliferation trigger, instantly replacing the removed counter whenever the artifact re-enters the battlefield. Meanwhile, Artist's Talent quietly makes the whole process smoother by reducing the artifact's casting cost and letting you filter your hand as you draw through your entire deck.
