How it works

Because Sensei's Divining Top lets you tap it to draw a card while returning itself straight to the top of your library, you can continuously recast it for free by removing the +1/+1 counters that are continuously generated by Mm'menon, Uthros Exile each time the artifact enters the battlefield. Meanwhile, Artist's Talent plays a crucial role by providing cost reduction at Level 2—making the Top free to cast—while its Level 1 looting ability and Level 3 damage boost turn your endless artifact entry and drawing loop into a devastating win condition.
