How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Lyla triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Falco Spara, Pactweaver to let you cast Sensei's Divining Top directly off the top of your library for free by using its built-in alternate cost—removing a counter instead of paying mana. Whenever you tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it back on your library, Lyla, Holographic Assistant triggers to replenish that removed counter with a fresh +1/+1 counter. Meanwhile, Artist's Talent (at Level 2) helps reduce noncreature spell costs if needed, while its Level 3 ability can even amplify any noncombat damage you might want to leverage alongside your infinite loops.
