How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Baxter triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever engine turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining draw machine by leveraging Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to cast spells straight from the top of your library using creature counters as a substitute cost. As you repeatedly tap the Top to draw it and place it back on your library, Baxter, Fly in the Ointment happily triggers off every single card drawn, constantly feeding fresh +1/+1 counters back onto your board to sustain Falco Spara's alternate casting requirement. Meanwhile, Artist's Talent sits on the sidelines providing useful passive benefits to your noncreature spellcasting, tying the whole top-deck loop together into an endless cascade of artifact entries and draws.
