How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Jace's Projection triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This engine turns the humble Sensei's Divining Top into an infinite card-drawing machine by leveraging Falco Spara, Pactweaver to cast the artifact right back off the top of your library for the low cost of a single counter. While Falco Spara provides the alternate casting method, Jace's Projection acts as the crucial battery, growing with every card drawn to ensure you always have a fresh supply of +1/+1 counters available to be removed. Meanwhile, Samut, the Driving Force hangs in the background, ready to reduce the costs of your noncreature spells once your speed is up, cementing a loop that floods the board with endless artifact triggers and storm count.
